Vegan Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes

These were so delicious! Josh’s parents spent the night with us last night and we slept in because it’s rainy. We had a slow morning and I made these blueberry pancakes. I looked up a recipe on Pinterest and it was perfect. All I did was use 2 cups of all purpose flour and I used fresh blueberries. I stirred them in very last and added a dash of cinnamon. I let the batter sit 10 minutes to get fluffy and cooked for a crowd on my griddle. I used blueberries, pecans, vegan butter, and maple syrup as toppings. Everyone loved them so I would definitely recommend them.
