Vegan Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

Vegan Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

I woke up this morning with no alarm at 6:30 so I figured I should enjoy my time off and start with a fun breakfast! I ordered some donut pans from Amazon and I’ve been waiting to try them out! I found this simple vegan donut recipe on Pinterest that’s oil free and they don’t have any hard to get ingredients. They were easy to make and I didn’t even oil the pan because it was nonstick! It was my first time making donuts and I wanted to use a recipe before trying my own to get all of the proportions right. I think they were delicious! They were fluffy, cakey, and not overly sweet. They’re also around 90 calories a donut! So you don’t even have to feel guilty about having a few. I’ll definitely be making these again very soon!
